CocoSend ("we," "us," "our") is a pre-launch payments platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or join our waitlist. CocoSend is currently in development and not yet available for transactions.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Visitor waitlist: your email address.
• Vendor waitlist: your email address or Philippine mobile number.

We also receive standard web traffic data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your contact information to:

• Notify you when CocoSend launches.
• Send you early access information.
• Communicate important updates about the service.

We process your information based on your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store and protect it

Your information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with access restricted to authorized team members. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by Cloudflare's infrastructure. We retain your information until you request deletion or until we determine it is no longer needed for its stated purpose.

Cross-border data transfers

CocoSend operates across the United States and the Philippines. Your information may be stored and processed in either jurisdiction. By submitting your information, you acknowledge this transfer.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Delete your information from our waitlist.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as CocoSend develops. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
